This unit features three master bedrooms with king-sized beds and en-suite bathrooms. All three bedrooms have flat screen televisions, closet space and A/C units. From each bedroom, walls of windows beautifully showcase the Pacific Ocean and surrounding coastline. In addition to stunning views from within, every room also has direct access to a private terrace with fresh coastal breezes and impressive vistas.
Each bedroom has a beautifully appointed private bathroom with marble vanities, a walk-in shower and complimentary toiletries. Additionally, the master bedroom features a large walk-in closet, a comfortable jetted tub and direct access to an outdoor terrace.
Living Area
This ocean view luxury condo has a spacious living/dining area with breathtaking sunrise to sunset views of mountains, islands and beaches. It features bi-fold Pella doors that fold completely open, connecting the main living area to a large terrace overlooking Flamingo Beach and the infinity pool. The large open windows provide great natural light and a fresh ocean breeze.
The living area flows effortlessly from kitchen, to dining room to sunlit living room, making this residence both bright and inviting. The fully-equipped kitchen features solid stone countertops, a massive side by side fridge/freezer, high end appliances and a four person breakfast bar. Between the kitchen and living room, sits a long and beautifully crafted dining room table made from Guanacaste wood. An antique dresser and a curved wooden shelf sit on either side of the table, balancing the room. The attached living room features walls of windows that showcase gorgeous coastal views.
