About this Room
This two bedroom residence is ground level and privately gated. Unlike the other floor plans, this unit has a 15 ft open-air walkway that attaches the master bedroom/bathroom to the main living area. For this reason, you will be renting the "One Bedroom with Dining Area" and the "Ocean View Mini Suite" together.
Room Information
It features a stunning glass-enclosed dining area and a beautiful ocean view living room and patio. Due to the orientation of this unit, there are fantastic views of the Potrero Bay and extra privacy for the renters.
Living Area
The living area has a queen-sized pull-out sofa and a large flat screen television. Air conditioning units and overhead lights with ceiling fans are in both the living room and bedroom. Also, your luxury one bedroom condo comes with a stacked washer/dryer.
Here are stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, cooktop and oven in each of the kitchens. For dining, there is a breakfast bar as well as a large coffee table and small outdoor table. Additionally, we provide tables and chairs on the rooftop terrace which can be used for enjoying a meal.
Bedroom and Bathroom
Each bedroom has a plush king-sized bed, wall mounted flat screen television, ample closet space and a large luxury bathroom. Granite topped double vanities and a walk-in shower with double shower heads and a built-in bench make for a luxuriously beautiful bathroom. With attention to the smallest of details, you are sure to enjoy your stay.
