Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The three master bedrooms each have king-sized beds, flat screen televisions, closet space and adjustable lighting. Each bedroom is spacious with rich colors, natural lighting and windows with spectacular ocean views. Every bedroom also features a beautifully appointed private bathroom with marble vanities, a walk-in shower and complimentary toiletries. In addition to stunning views from within, two rooms also have direct access to private terraces with fresh coastal breezes and impressive views.
One Bedroom Residence
The one bedroom portion has a fully-equipped and thoughtfully designed kitchen with an attached breakfast bar. The adjoining living area has a large leather couch, plenty of seating and walk-out patio with fantastic views of Playa Flamingo. Not only does this unit have views of Flamingo, but also it features views of the saltwater infinity pool.
Two Bedroom Residence
The main kitchen has solid stone countertops, a massive side by side fridge/freezer, high end appliances and a long window with views of the Catalinas Islands. The four person breakfast bar backs up to a cozy dining room table that is centered beneath a large chandelier. All in all, this comfortable space provides an ideal setting for long, relaxing meals and genuine connection.
The living room features a leather couch and a wall of windows that showcases gorgeous ocean views. The bi-fold doors fold completely open, connecting the main living area to a large terrace overlooking Flamingo Beach and the infinity pool. From this indoor/outdoor living space you can enjoy picturesque views and a fresh coastal breeze.
